Give away more free recycled bikes to Leithers who want to start cycling
There are lots of people who want to start cycling but don't have a bike. The We Love Leith campaign is giving away 50 recycled bikes and helping to support the people who get them to keep cycling. Demand has outstripped supply - should we give away more?

I think cheap bikes are better than free bikes. Bike station vouchers? perhaps
